1) We have recently moved into our new data center location in Atlanta.  This data center operates under the services of XO Communications. Since our move to this facility, our company has been able to maintain an uptime of 99.9%.  XO Communications has its own private, nationwide multi-terabit network, which delivers industry-leading IP solutions at the fastest speeds available today.  In 2007, NXTcomm, the industry's leading tradeshow, recognized the XO core backbone network as the industry's best.

The data center offers redundancy with fully redundant UPS power equipped with N + 1 generators, redundant HVAC systems, a powerful broadband network and 24/7 technical support. The data center is equipped for security with a gated card reader for entry to the premises followed by card readers into the facility and locked cages.

We are very happy to be partnering with XO Communications; this change has enabled us to offer industry-leading hosting services to our customers.

2) Check out our new Support section. We are now offering a FAQ section and a knowledge base to help answer any questions that you may have regarding shared hosting, reseller hosting, dedicated hosting, control panel issues, ColdFusion, MSSQL, databases, web server configurations, and many other topics.

**Under support we will also include a scheduled maintenance section ("Scheduled Maintenance"). This will allow the client to know our next scheduled maintenance window and what we will be working on.
