How do I turn on Microsoft ASP.NET support and Front Page Extensions?
Log into your Sozo control panel for your site and select the Web Options icon. On the next screen select the Edit Icon in the domain row. On the next screen, in the ASPNET row, click on the red "OFF" icon which turns ASP.Net support on and turns the icon to green saying "ON" (You will be asked which version of ASP.Net to install so choose the right one and click the Submit button.) Repeat the above steps for adding Front Page Extension support on the Front Page Extensions row, click on the red OFF icon to turn it to green showing it is "ON".
Is there SMTP support for ASP.NET applications?
Yes! The SmtpMail command is supported for Microsoft .NET applications however you will need to have a mail box set up on our server as the sender for the email. (Mail boxes are set up in your Sozo control panel.) You will have to email Sozo tech support for the mail server IP. Good programming practises are to store this Sozo Mail Server IP in your database so that if this IP has to change, you can change it on the fly without having to deploy any code changes.
How do I view my web site traffic statistics?
Log on to your Sozo control panel for your site and click on the Stats icon. On the next screen make sure the Webalizer icon is Green in the "ON" position. If it is red ("OFF"), click on it to turn it to green ("ON"). On the domain row select the stats icon. On the next screen look at the yellow VISITS stats for your site. You can drill down on the Month hyperlink to see the stats for one month.
How do I create a subdomain?
Log into your Sozo control panel for your site and select the Domains icon. Click on the Add Subdomain for the correct domain row. On the next screen answer YES to the billing question. A new FTP folder under your main FTP folder will be created for you to store your web files in for the new subdomain you just created.
How do I change my credit card billing information?
Log into your Sozo control panel for your site and select the Billing icon. Click on the Edit button which will create a new billing profile. Enter the new billing information and click on the button at the bottom to Save. After returning to the billing profile screen you will see an Activate button besides the new billing profile you just entered. If you are ready to switch over to this new billing profile (that you just entered), then click on the Activate button.
