What version of ColdFusion are you running?
SoZo Hosting runs ColdFusion 7 for shared and reseller hosting. We will be upgrading to Coldfusion 8 as soon as our control panel vendor has fully tested and integrated this. We do offer Coldfusion 8 as an option with our dedicated servers.
Do your ColdFusion plans include MS SQL Server?
You have access to one of our central database servers at no additional cost. You can also use MySQL or MS Access databases on your own server. If you would like MS SQL installed on your server that would be $75.00 /month.
Do you allow ColdFusion custom tags or CFX tags?
Yes but for security reasons SoZo reviews ColdFusion custom tags and CFX tags. Contact SoZo Hosting regarding questions for a particular custom tag or CFX tag.
Can I use CFFILE and CFDIRECTORY?
Yes, but SoZo Hosting uses sandbox security to avoid inappropriate use of these tags.
Can I run a ColdFusion application and an ASP.NET or PHP app on the same hosting account?
Yes, as long as you are within your allotted resource usage you many run different technologies on same account. Keep in mind that while php is installed on our Windows servers many applications run php best on Linux - especially if they rely on specific *nix libraries.

Do your Linux plans include Ruby on Rails (RoR) ?
We install and configure Ruby on Rails systems for an extra $39 per month.
Windows ColdFusion Reseller Plans
What is Reseller Hosting?
Reseller plans allow the client to become their own hosting company. Essentially the reseller would configure their own hosting plans, pricing and offerings to their clients. This is ideal for web developers or advertising companies that are looking to have a hosting solution but do not want to deal with the administration of their own hardware and network.

This plan does include MS SQL Server and My Sql Server .

Windows 2003 Standard edition comes with all our dedicated servers. This is included in the cost of the windows server.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. The setup fee for dedicated servers is $99.
Do your dedicated servers include Microsoft SQL Server?
You have access to one of our central database servers at no additional cost. You can also use MySQL or MS Access databases on your own server.
Do you offer VPN connections?
We do include an SSL VPN solution with each dedicated server.
What control panel do you offer?
We offer H-Sphere control panel.
